# Tracking Number.

All post-purchase emails include an order tracking number and a link to our site tracking tool.
Copy the tracking number from the email and paste it into the tool field on our website to find out the delivery status.

# Packaging of items.

We take great care in packaging our products. Each item is delivered in its original hard packaging, and we place them in a sturdy cardboard box to provide additional protection for the filters during delivery.

# Damages.

We hope you enjoy your purchase. However, should you find any issues with your order, we kindly ask that you inspect it upon reception and contact us as soon as possible.
This will help us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods in case we need to process a claim.
