# Could you kindly let me know how many days customers have to return a product?

We kindly ask that customers allow up to 30 days after receiving their product to request a return.
We kindly ask that the product be unused and unopened, and that it include all the original parts and manuals.
We kindly ask that you refrain from making returns after the 30-day period has elapsed.

# Do we accept returns from the USA?

We do accept returns.
In order for a customer to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received (new only), unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
The customer must also provide proof of purchase in the form of a receipt.

# We would like to kindly remind you that our store is open seven days a week.

Please note that the refund window cannot be extended on holidays.

# What procedures should a customer follow in order to return an item?

To initiate a return, kindly follow these simple steps:

  1. Write to us at services@cleanwaterstores.com and request a refund.
  2. Download and print the return label (if your return request is approved, the label will be sent to the email specified in the personal information field of the order).
  3. Check the integrity of the packaging (we only accept unused goods).
  4. Fill out and attach the label to the returned product.
  5. Send the product with a label by mail to the address indicated on the label (such shipping does not require additional payment from the buyer, shipping will be paid by us).
  6. Receive a 100% refund within 10 banking days to the payment method selected at checkout.

Should you not receive your refund for any reason, please contact services@cleanwaterstores.com again.

# How will customers get the return label?

  • For defective products — Download and print
    (This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way)
  • For customer remorse — Download and print
    (This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want the item)

# What conditions do we allow for returns?

We allow for returns only on new items.
This can include unopened products in original packaging, and products that have never been used.

# What is the restocking fee?

No restocking fee.

# How much will customers pay for return shipping?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

# Exchanges.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
